Mounting to the bicycle frame: wrap the included strap around the frame and hook it to the handle on the other side.
To replace the battery, remove the lid, remove the battery basket, place the batteries in accordance with the instructions. Insert the basket and close the lid.
To select a mode or turn off the device, press the switch several times until the desired mode is obtained.
