Glass lid with steam vent

Steam can escape through the vent even with the lid closed, without the need to lift it several times. Pay attention to the steam vent during use so that the steam is even. Be careful not to scald yourself.The steam vent should be positioned on the opposite side of the pan from where you are.

Caution in use:

• Avoid splashing steam and oil when lifting the lid.
• Avoid impact, which may damage the glass, resulting in cracking of the glass during cooking.
• Do not spray the lid with cold water. Let it cool down naturally.
• The lid with plastic handle is not intended for use in the oven.
  

Care:

• Never use metal, sharp or abrasive objects which may permanently damage the glass surface.
